Mission as UX Designer
A series of activities related to product design and development, particularly in the context of user-centered design and user experience design, were done:
- Define target audience
- Creating sample bios and interviews
- Build empathy maps
- Develop a business scenario with a summary and pain points
- Creating user story and user journey
- Develop problem statement
- Build value propositions
- Create goal statements
- Competitive audit comparison and report
- Redo site map and user flow
- Uncovering new features and metrics
- Create interview models and analyse results
- Sketching and wireframe solutions for the product UI
My role as UI Designer
The design system, with a strong foundation based on colour contrast ratio, a hierarchy typography organization, coherent spacing, iconography and elevation led to increased user engagement, trust and accessible design. The showcased has approximately 150 high-fidelity prototypes, highlighting transformations from the previous design to the new one.

Results
A clear navigation system has been implemented. The feedback messages were truly improved. The improved foundations based on accessibility gave a consistent design. Onboarding was truly improved through a streamlined and user-friendly process. A clear content hierarchy was implemented.
